We’re looking for someone ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work as a Regional Field Technician for Regen Aquaculture. This role is about building strong, honest relationships with farmers, learning the ropes of regenerative agri/aquaculture and growing into a consultant role down the road. If you’ve got grit, smarts, and a knack for helping folks succeed, this might just be the job for you.
Job Objectives
- Learn the ins and outs of regenerative aquaculture by working alongside experienced consultants.
- Partner with farmers to solve problems and help improve their operations.
- Write feeding programs and other reports based on consultant findings.
- Answer questions and assist clients, making their lives easier and keeping things running smoothly.
- Build and maintain a group of clients in your assigned region by the end of your first year
Job Duties
- Meet with farmers in your area to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Keep detailed records of client visits, agronomic data, and program outcomes.
- Conduct field trials, organize farm walks, and assist with presentations and workshops.
- Communicate effectively with clients through calls, emails, and in-person visits to ensure satisfaction.
- Represent Regen Aquaculture at trade shows, conferences, and events to share our mission and services.
Skills/Qualifications
- Comfortable using a computer for data entry, research, and communications.
- Energetic, grounded, and eager to learn and grow.
- A natural at connecting with people and building trust.
- Highly motivated, optimistic, and persistent in achieving goals.
- Willing to travel extensively.
